The window would dig into my side as I leaned out of my parents mini van to capture the perfect shot of a baby fox playing on the banks of American Camp on San Juan Island. Thats when I knew animal photography held a special place in my heart.

I figured out I have I started my business on dog photography by going to Marymoor Park to photograph dogs and give the owners business cards for a free download of the photo. My business may have switched to senior portraits but photographing animals was still a passion, a free time activity, and a bonding activity with my best friend. We spent many afternoons at Woodland Park Zoo or Cougar Mountain Zoo photographing the animal, or driving up and down the banks at San Juan looking for Orca Whales.
